Main Competencies of Management Department

The main competencies of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Unnes were developed based on the demands of the main competencies of the undergraduate program developed by the Higher Education Content Standards and the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI), which is a stand-alone system and is a bridge between the education and training sectors to form qualified national human resources. person) and certified (certified person) through formal, non-formal, informal education schemes, job training or work experience. This main competency aims to:

  1. Provide the ability to apply science and technology in solving management problems, especially technology in the fields of financial management, marketing, and human resources responsibly;
  2. Provide mastery of knowledge, basics of engineering technology development, and analytical tools in the fields of financial management, marketing, and human resources in environmentally friendly and sustainable business institutions;
  3. Able to make strategic management decisions based on data analysis, and provide guidance in choosing various alternative solutions for making financial management decisions (especially in terms of making decisions on funding, investment, and managing company assets), marketing management decisions (especially in making decisions regarding target market determination, and marketing mix), human resource management decisions (particularly in terms of decision making on recruitment, selection, orientation, education and training, performance appraisal, career development and employee benefits)Responsible for supervising, monitoring and evaluating activities in the fields of financial management, marketing, and human resources

Special Competencies of Management Department

This competency is obtained through the content of special courses in the Management S1 Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Unnes which aims to:

  1. Equipping students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Unnes, in running an organization/business by upholding ethics in organizations, society and the state
  2. Equipping students of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, Unnes in developing the entrepreneurial spirit / entrepreneurship that exists within them so that they can make students as independent, responsible individuals and have organizational or business skills
  3. Equipping students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Unnes, in interacting with their environment by applying the principles of sustainable and socially responsible use of the environment
