Mahasiswi Manajemen lolos pada Asia Student Summit 2016

Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) , Suhro Enikmah serta Dian Ariani Fakultas Ekonomi  terpilih menjadi duta mahasiswa dan pemuda dari negara di Asia Pasifik.

Kedua mahasiswi ini sebagai Asia Student Summit (ASS) 2016 akan bertolak ke Kuala Lumpur Malaysia selama lima hari mulai 15-19 Agustus 2016 dengan tema “Developing the Next Generation of Leaders in Asia”. Transformational Leadership: The Asia in Global History, Global Economy. Kegiatan ini akan sangat bermanfaat bagi pemuda ataupun pelajar dari berbagai negara di kawasan Asia terutama yang ingin melatih kepemimpinan dalam kegiatan skala international dan bertukar pengetahuan tentang sistem pendidikan di Asia.

Program ini diikuti oleh 73 mahasiswa yang lolos seleksi dari 300 mendaftar dari berbagai negara dengan universitas yang berbeda di wilayah Asia. Program ini menawarkan berbagai manfaat, tantangan, dan juga kesempatan belajar di luar negeri. Prof Fathur Rokhman mengapresiasi atas lolosnya mahasiswa UNNES di ASS 2016. Keduanya bisa lolos tak lain karena banyak prestasi yang telah ditorehkan.

Setibanya di tanah air nanti dapat berbagi pengalaman kepada adik-adik di UNNES sehingga dapat menginspirasi mereka untuk meningkatkan prestasi di bidang akademik, pesan Prof Fathur.

Students of the Management Department, Faculty of Economics, Semarang State University (UNNES), Suhro Enikmah and Dian Ariani, Faculty of Economics, were selected to be ambassadors for students and youth from countries in Asia Pacific.

The two students as Asia Student Summit (ASS) 2016 will go to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for five days from 15-19 August 2016 with the theme “Developing the Next Generation of Leaders in Asia”. Transformational Leadership: The Asia in Global History, Global Economy. This activity will be very beneficial for youth or students from various countries in the Asian region, especially those who want to train leadership in international activities and exchange knowledge about the education system in Asia.

This program was attended by 73 students who passed the selection from 300 applying from various countries with different universities in the Asian region. This program offers various benefits, challenges, and also the opportunity to study abroad. Prof. Fathur Rokhman appreciated the passing of UNNES students in ASS 2016. Both of them were able to pass none other than because of the many achievements that had been made.

Upon arrival in the country, they will be able to share their experiences with their younger siblings at UNNES so that they can inspire them to improve their achievements in the academic field, said Prof Fathur.
